Ethica - An Independent Voice for Ethical Adoption
I was a resident in Massachusetts about 9 months ago where I was a victim of an attack by my own family member. My children where not a witness of the attack and was not at the scene neither, but still DCF came and Illegally Abducted my three beautiful children from their loving mother. It has been almost 10 months now. My oldest son is 5 and he is sitting in the corner of his class room everyday yelling and crying that he wants his mommy. He has also lost 2 lower teeth without a dental record to support his cracked teeth. He has also been put on medication so his foster parent could collect SSI for his disabilities when I, his mother had him on an herbal medication that worked perfectly for him and he was not on any drugs. My youngest son is 2 and he has been neglected by his foster parents. He lost 4.5 lbs in one month and now has low-iron. He skin is also pale. My daughter who has just turned one is also being neglected as well. When she was 4 months she use to hold her bottle, sit up, roll over, kick her little legs and even loved her little hands and also had a strong grip. Her hair use to be long, curly and beautiful, but due to her being layed down all the time now she is bald on the back of her hair. She has no lower leg muscles, does not eat baby food, can not say sounds or words, and has never been put in a jumper nor walker to help her progress. All of my children are in seperate homes and they lack the issue of the childrens hygeine...DCF should not be allowed to steel our children and neglect them. They had a wonderful home and wonderful parents who should have the right to regain custody of their children. Where is the childrens justice? How could they take them and put them in bad homes? New Jersey has discriminated on my family as well as Massachusetts did and they are all taking eachothers sides just because they work for the same company. Where is the non-bias workers and doctors? This family needs Justice and this family has been suffering since august 2008 and so haven't the children. Please we need your help to stand up and speak out against DCF and their foster parents who are really in it for the money. This is Illegal!! Where is our Constitution? What ever happened to our rights as a Citizen? Do our children not have rights because they are small? They should have a say in what they want as well and of course I know and they know exactly what my children want and need, but they refuse to accept it because they just want the states free money!!

Yo there Unknown. How did you become an expert in the adoption laws of all of those states? That would be a feat for a lawyer. What do you actually know about the law in CA, or OR? Snotty suggestions about folks who don't come up with your answer needing to crawl under a rock are inappropriate.
I understand it was a lead in to the topic you wanted to discuss, but why not do a post on things you have experienced or actually know about, rather than a fluff piece about your wizzardry? I really don't understand the idea that the site is here to help you sell books. I think it is supposed to be about adoption, not profit.

My thinking is that everyone shares their story in a different way. Book, blog, flickr, twitter, facebook, myspace... Heck we have one regular commenter who posts videos on youtube. Everyone has a different way of communicating. The user profile section is one way to let everyone know who you are... where you are coming from. Linking to your work on other websites has always been fine. Uknown was struggling putting this information on his user profile, so I stuck it into this thread (to let people understand him).
I went ahead and edited unknown's first comment on this thread. The inapropriate one that you are talking about. I cannot delete it without deleting all the comments.

You are right, I stand corrected. As quick as I seen that someone chose Oregon I realized my mistake, I do not know of the troubles of adoption there. I was going to edit, but could'nt. I hate Jersey law. As for the book, I will abide by any stipulations. It is meant to inform, but yeah, profit could come about. It is not a popular subject, though. I doubt i'll be going to vacation in Oregon. Did anyone know that not one inch of ocean beachline is privately owned.
What you are bringing out is important. No it isn't a popular topic, and you have to deal with the Mom thing. Kids are Mom's property, at least a lot of women and the law sees it that way. That is wrong, Dads are are parent just as much as Moms.
OR is cheap, and unavalible if your child needs post adoption services. One of my OR adoptions involved a state agency openly lying about my son's disabilites. I am not a fan of OR.

Glad you showed up where we could communicate with more then 140 characters (twitter). The website that you point to from your twitter acount... It sounds like you are more interested in selling a book then telling your personal story. The URL + one page was focused on politics confused me.

Hello, back again. Yes, that is the purpose of my query. Your quetion sounds better. [how did he ever write a book, huh?]
Anyway, it seemed to me that no one cares about these rights I mentioned. Therein, my book came to exist. I have not a clue howto market or what is proper, so if my comments offended you in anyway, my sincere apologies. It also seems to me, that when birth father rights come up in a conversation everybody clams up, or reacts like someone just hit them over the head with a hammer. My book is my story so far, and tons of proven, implicating truths the State of New Jersey will not acknowledge. They are guilty in a conspiracy in which my own investigating caught them red-handed. I secured inner-office e-mail memos, that when followed,led to my concrete evidence. Thank you for following me. If I violated any protocols please let me know. Thank you, Angela

I was wondering if I might get some input on how a non-bias reader would judge a book review. Let me explain. Accordingly, everyone has a right to their own opinion. This said, here is what I found out about a certain book reviewer.
Jane Doe [not real name], brand new Amazon Books reviewer, rank 2,400,000. This woman works as a manager for a non-profit adoption agency. [With the same religious denomination as the one in the book.] That withstanding, the book in question has it's main focus on adoption law based on the actions of a non-profit adoption agency accused of conspiracy with the state of New Jersey. [They lost their license.] This alone, I feel is basis enough for a bias review on Jane's part.
Let's see here, what is wrong with this picture? Here we have five adoption books and five reviews that she posted on Feburary 3, 2009. That is quite a lot of reading. From what I have been researching, most reviewers post only one review every couple of days. Rarely do they post more than two on the same day. They practice this way for the reason that the material read is fresh in memory. Any seasoned reviewer will tell you this tip. And secondly, these reviewers I refer to have been around awhile. These first-ever reviews of Jane's [five adoption books], are posted together at Amazon like a burst from a "Tommy Gun" at the Saint Valentines Day Massacre! Moreover, with my book being the only one targeted and singled out... I feel it is a premeditated slam of an obscure adoption book that someone does not want to receive any publicity. Here are my reasons for feeling this way. __ When people finance and task themselves to write their own unsolicited review of an unknown book it is only for one reason. That reason is to promote the book, not destroy. Through this means and ways an unknown book is intentionally sabotaged; therein, reducing the chance of any publicity from establishing a foothold. The State that is New Jersey would like to see me fade away. This was the only bad review my book recieved.

I don't think "no cares" about father's rights. I think the vast majority of folks don't even think about it. Not caring implies that people actually think about it. But I have run into people who really didn't care.

The State of New Jersey Infant Adoption
New Jersey’s State adoption Statute N.J.S.A. 9:3-39 1[b, c] gives a State licensed adoption attorney the power of decision like that of King Solomon as to the future of a child. The only trouble is that the attorney thinking process is not divinely inspired. Instead, it is greed inspired! Moreover, should a N.J. attorney emulate King Solomon's wisdom, there are twenty other corrupt attorneys ready to take up these tasks. This State statute allows a greedy attorney to lie and obstruct justice in the name of humanitarian placement of children. [A well-respected doctor’s office memos prove of his guilt.] This law’s concept is noble, but imperfect people oversee its application. Moreover, they are just as flawed and susceptible to the same everyday fears and temptations as you and me. This corruption can only lead to others joining in on the debauchery. Children of the World Adoption Agency of Verona, N.J. is a prime example of this ever-growing phenomenon. The Rosie O'Donnell funded adoption agency has lost its license to practice for providing false information for a Kendall Park attorney involved in an ethics violations charge by David Archuletta, [not the singer on American Idol]. These statements all proven and backed up by the New Jersey Open Public Records Act. I am sorry to say that in this Garden State, "Inter-State Child Trafficking is prevalent throughout." Thank you, my name is David Archuletta and I stand behind my statements. Incedently, New Jersey as well stood by this Statement, boldly telling me in a letter,
“Your grievance, even if true does not constitute ethical misconduct or incapacity.”

This letter came after my second appeal. In my first appeal, the DRB had overturned and remanded the OAE's first decision that was found not to be in my favor. In this remanding, nothing was added in the attorney's defense. Yet, further investigating on my part added a well-respected doctor's evidence, further proving of the attorney's lies and deciet to the OAE and the DRB. The DRB's second appeal's findings makes no sense whatsoever. How does more damning evidence equate to an acquittal?
The deeper he sank in the mud, the more squeaky clean he became! Only in Jersey! It would take a year of clearing out Department of Human Services [DHS] "smoke screening" before I found out what had transpired. These people were good! In analogy, it was something like, "Mary robbing Peter to pay Paul"; it worked like a charm. This of course, only until I accessed some DHS inner-office log activity memos. [I was told by the Chief of Staff of the Office of Licensing [OOL], a Mr.Gary Sefchik, that these documents were not for public view.] After some months, it became quite clear as to why he made such statement. It was these papers of which, with investigation of certain proceedures conducted by the OOL, had cleared the smoke. Therein, the paper trail led to an exposing of an unwilling, but neccessary triad of conspiracy, and I am not including the Birthmother. In an ironic twist, it was years before that one of the future triad participants rid themselves of this nuisance faction with a simple threat of charging her of extortion. I would not show up until two years later.
