I couldn't agree more with this blogger! Foster care to adoption is soooo incredibly 'broken', I suspect an Act of God wouldn't correct things enough to bring it into a good action protecting the rights of children. As long as this country believes---without question---that biological pro-creation is right and wonderful....just because someone gets pregnant, the foster care system will forever be the broken entity that it is.
